Three kinds of staffs – permanent employees, project employees and freelance contractors – provide a dynamic HR pool that allows for efficient management of work-flow variations. The permanent employees constitute the core of the company and make all decisions. Freelance contractors greatly improve TalkPool's delivery capacity while local project employees assure continuity and retention of skills.

Project managers are completely responsible for quality, profitability and client satisfaction in her/his projects. The HR Managers supports the Project Managers with proper resources while the business admin departments supports with invoicing, payments, compliance, documentation, project support and financial control.

The company overhead costs are kept at a minimum while entrepreneurship, service quality and efficiency are promoted. TalkPool is owned and managed by experienced Telecoms engineers.
