NETWORK OPERATION SERVICES

TalkPool provide 24/7 operation services ranging from operational assistance and alarm surveillance to full NOC responsibility for wireless, wire-line and data carrier clients. Efficient HR Quality Management ensures superior network performance and efficient trouble handling.

FIELD MAINTENANCE

Optimisation and error correction often result in field maintenance tasks such as replacement of components, antenna changes or new equipment installations. TalkPool provides such maintenance as well as preventive maintenance for dynamic components in fixed and mobile networks.

SUPPORT

TalkPool currently provides 1st and high-end 2nd line support for mobile and fixed networks. Our service contracts can include everything from support of single nodes or platforms to full system support that range from configuration setting and fault escalation to total disaster recovery.

OPTIMISATION

Usage patterns, interference and call volumes change with changing traffic patterns, competing networks and client migrations. In our network optimisation services, we take such changes into account and tune the networks for optimal performance.

INTELLIGENT NETWORKS
