The world.s telecom services revenues is expected to grow from US$1.2 trillion in 2003 to reach US$1.5 trillion in 2008. This represents a five-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 6.2%. The majority of this growth will be fuelled by continued telecom market liberalization, increased proliferation of Internet and broadband services and rising mobile penetration in developing countries. |
