NETWORK ROLL-OUT

TalkPool has a track record of smooth, timely, and successful deployments. TalkPool offers, plans and deploys transmission and loacl access equipment, including electronics, antennas, cabling and power systems. By applying our international expertise and leveraging local resources, TalkPool ensures a successful system launch.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

TalkPool's hands-on project management process brings our full expertise to each project. With experienced staff and a powerful web platform, we optimize communication and resource usage to turn project plans into reality. The key to success in PM is to build on experiences from previous rollouts while accounting for local differences.

PLANNING AND DESIGN

TalkPool provides a complete range of network design services for mobile and fixed wireless systems, including preliminary coverage design and cell layout, RF system design, frequency planning, and propagation analysis. TalkPool also provides a full range of transmission engineering services for designing network architecture, provisioning and network acceptance for both fixed and mobile networks.

SITE ACQUISITION

TalkPool has a track record of more than 2500 sites - from preliminary market planning and site identification, to lease acquisition, governing agency approvals and issuance of final permits. Local knowledge and proactive local staffs combined with experienced managers are key factors to success in the site acquisition.

CIVIL WORKS (CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT)

Based on the site design specifications, the TalkPool construction management team coordinates and takes full responsibility for zoning and construction activities of third party contractors that may be selected by TalkPool or by the client.

INSTALLATION ENGINEERING (SITE DEVELOPMENT)

Installation Engineering makes installation more efficient and less expensive. Installation Engineering is one of TalkPool's strongest areas and we have trained engineers in all aspects of the site development and construction process-from initial site constructability assessments to job closeout.

INSTALLATION

TalkPool offers multi-vendor installation services for transmission (Micro Wave, RF and fibre optics) equipment, base stations, base station controllers and switches. Installations include electronics, antennas, and power systems.

INTEGRATION & COMMISSIONING

TalkPool has engineers with integration and commissioning skills. In fixed networks, TalkPool has offered complete commissioned networks while integration and commissioning of mobile networks generally are done by the vendors, to which TalkPool provides I&C engineers.

QUALITY AUDIT

With years of experience from building telecom infrastructure, we know how an installation should be done to optimise delivery time and functionallity. We offer our clients Quality Audit Services to keep control of network infrastructure quality. We train and supervise local subcontractors and perform acceptance tests.
