TalkPool is a services and consultancy company whose roots stem from building and maintaining telecommunication infrastructures. We have continued to build and develop our communication expertise whilst creating a strong consultancy arm providing a variety of recruitment solutions. Our headquarters are in Switzerland with a collection of offices in North Europe, the Caribbean, Africa and Eastern Europe.

History
TalkPool started in the end of year 2000. Half a year later, TalkPool won its first order in Sweden and its international headquarters was established in Switzerland. In spite of difficult times in the telecom market, TalkPool has grown organically to over €10 million revenues and 150 staffs on all continents in ten years.

Organisation
TalkPool Group consist of the mother company and operational headquarter in Switzerland the subsidiaries in Sweden, Haiti, Uganda and Zimbabwe and the sales and project offices in several contries. With 150 staff and consultants working on all continents TalkPool is a true international organisation.
TalkPool prides itself of its dynamic organisation. Three kinds of staffs – permanent employees, project employees and freelance contractors – provide a dynamic HR pool that allows for efficient management of work-flow variations. The permanent employees constitute the core of the company and make all decisions. Freelance contractors greatly improve TalkPool's delivery capacity and flexibility while local project employees assure continuity and retention of skills.
